The restaurants in Alcossebre are truly amazing and many people travel from surrounding towns to dine here. From traditional Spanish restaurants serving paella, speciality seafood and tapas to Chinese, Italian, Swiss and German. Beachside café bars, ice cream parlours and take away rosteries all within walking distance.
Try Menú Del Dia. For as little as 12 Euros you can enjoy a first class 3 course meal usually with a bottle of wine or soft drink.

Most restaurants have English menus and all are children friendly. Please don’t be in a hurry to eat, the Spanish take great pride in their food.

Much of the produce is organic and grown locally. You can wander down to the marina to watch the fishermen trade their daily catch. On Tuesday afternoon the streets of Alcossebre overflow with fresh market produce. Here you can buy anything from souvenirs to sausages.
If you venture up to Alcalā De Xivert (5 minutes drive by car) you must visit the local bodega.
Here you can fill your empty water bottles with good quality wine for a few Euros.
