We ask for a deposit of 25% to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The final balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. On receipt of deposit you will be sent a rental agreement . Shortly before departure we will supply you with detailed location maps, keys etc. We also ask for a bond of £150.00 which will be returned on receipt of keys at the end of your holiday.
